Pre-orders & pricing
Pre-order dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may move during development. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change before a pre-order window opens. If a date slips by more than 30 days you may cancel for a full refund.
Intellectual property
The SparkJoy name, logo, product photography and written content are ours. Character interpretations are our original artistic work; the underlying myths are, of course, public domain.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SparkJoy is registered, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page.
