Shipping & returns
Short version: we ship insured across the US and Canada, and we cover you if a figure arrives broken.
Where we ship
United States and Canada. Shipping elsewhere is possible case by case — contact us first so we can quote it properly.
Processing & transit
In-stock orders leave the warehouse within 3 business days. Transit is typically 3–7 business days within the US and 5–10 within Canada. Every shipment is insured for its full value.
Duties & taxes
US orders ship domestically and normally incur no duty. Canadian orders are charged applicable GST/HST at checkout — nothing extra is collected at the door.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. Because these are collectibles, opened items can only be returned if defective.
Damaged in transit
Report damage within 14 days with photos of both the figure and the box. We replace from reserve stock or refund in full, and we handle the carrier claim ourselves.
Pre-order cancellations
Cancel any time before the balance invoice is paid and your deposit is refunded in full. See the FAQ for the detail.
